In Baniyas, if you lease a villa, who normally does the landscaping inside your yard walls, the tenant or the owners? If the tenant is responsible, what are some landscape alternatives, we would like something basically maintenance free, but don't want to spend a fortune as we are leasing not buying.... normally tenant does everything... very very few landlords will do anything even stuff they are supposed to do... but of course there are some lovely ones too. also in the past if you improve your property too much they will try and put up the renewal prices etc..... basically improve if you want but u have to put it back to what it was or loose your stuff etc.... if you paint the walls differently you have to put it back, if you put in a garden then dont assume you will get anything for it etc and have to put itback to what it was before.
