Hello, could some-one tell me of any furnished serviced apartments in Abu Dhabi? Have found a couple through 'sublet' but need to subscribe and unsure of the service when not in town. Any help would as always be appreciated! keep smiling

I lived in the Al Maha Arjaan Rotana for 4 months with my family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom (one w/ king bed, the other with 2 twins), 2 bath suite, with living room, kitchenette, and dining area with a huge table seating for 8 or 10. They don't have a lot of 2 bed units, and we spent the first week in 2 connecting rooms which was ok too, but not nearly as good as the suite. The staff was wonderful and we were happy with our stay there.

We stayed at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana when we first got here. It's at the corner of Hamdan St and Najda St.

Thanks BusyBee2, knew you'd come through .. I wasn't too keen on a sublet idea, hence my query .. Looking for serviced apartments in town for family of 4 with kitchenette - L'Arabia booked - any more? you are breaking the law if you sublet without the owners permission. you can loose all your money etc. if you are offered a sublet even by an estate agent then ask for proof that the owner has agreed. lots loose money this way and it will be u that looses out not the estate agent. also another thing that people are not sure of is that you are not allowed to rent in local housing areas, these areas will be up for rent at much cheaper prices, such as shahama, fahal, shawamekh, baniyas i could go on. basicially these houses are given to locals and they are not allowed to rent them out. you will loose out. there are loads of apartments blocks in town have you done a google search?
