Why don't you go to Princess tailor located behind the Al Noor hospital in the city centre. I use them for everything, including evening wear, and have never been disappointed, it depends upon what type of wedding dress you are wanting. But it is certainly Mohammed Shah is worth a try. And which Al Noor HP are you referring to exactly - the Airport Road Campus? He is located beside the Al Noor hospital in the town centre of Al Ain (opposite the Daiso store).
