Good morning,

We are a French family moving from Paris to Abu Dhabi in August.

We have 3 kids (4,5 years-old boy and 3 years-old twin girls). All three will attend English-speaking schools.

We will hire a nanny to take care of the kids and the house. In addition, we are looking for an "au pair" who can play / speak with them in English and drop them / pick them from afterschool activities.

I am struggling to find an au-pair interested to have an "au pair" experience in the UAE, who is native English-speaker and has a driving license ... What is proposed is "an au pair" pace (mornings free and afternoons with kids).

Do you have any tip (agency in AD? agency in UK or other English-speaking countries) which could help me?

Thanks in advance!
Lucile

Hi, I'm Judi. I am a native, english speaking, US citizen and I'm coming to Abu Dhabi on a tourist visa in the next week. I have well over 10 years of experience with childen, disabled children and adults as a personal care attendant. I can provide referrences and would love to stay in Abu Dhabi. However, I would need a visa sponsor. You can email me at [email protected], if you would like.

I think the legalities of doing this in the UAE are difficult Maids ( Who generally take care of children) and are from Non European countries are on certain visas. I think a European person would have to be on a company visa ( Meaning you or Husband would have to own a company in order to sponsor her)
