Maid entry permit done - how to proceed now?

Hello
So my maid had come back from Kish with her entry permit last month and it is time to complete the visa process. Where do I start? I work FT so it is hard to run around not knowing exactly what to do next. I am the sponsor.
I still live in Dubai and it would be easier for DH to sort out medicals there in Dubai than to have to bring her to AD for the day. Is this possible?
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
