I have been unable to reach anyone at MoHESR in Abu Dhabi since the Wednesday. Seems like the phones are not working even their website is down. I have the numbers of about seven people at the Ministry and cannot get hold of anyone. Even the call centre number is not answered. Does anyone know what is happening? I rather not drive from Dubai to AD for nothing.

Thank you for the suggestion. I called them but because they are a local government helpline they could not help, nor direct me anywhere else. I will try calling some other ministry tomorrow and ask if they know about MoHESR phone lines. Otherwise, I have to make the trek to AD :-(. This is so odd because I have been speaking to MoHESR people weekly for the past five months and now I cannot reach anyone there! And we were finally making progress...
