I just purchased a white Moulinex La Moulinette, the box says that it will chop cheese. I thought there would be a shredding plate with the appliance but there is only one blade for everything. Has anyone used these at all but particularly for shredding cheese. I want to try it but probably can't return it if I use it. I also checked reviews and could only find two and they don't seem very impressive. What is your experience?
