I am moving to Abu Dhabi with my husband and family in October and I'm looking for advice on where to find temporary furnished accomodation in the Raha Gardens/Raha Beach/KCA areas. We are shipping all of our furniture over from the UK and will be looking for a permanent rental property as soon as we arrive, but we need somewhere to live with 2 small children in the meantime! We want to live around Raha/KCA as we have a place for our daughter at Sunny Meadows nursery and my husband will be splitting his time between Dubai and Abu Dhabi with work. We are keen that any temp accomodation is in this area so we can start to settle in and I also don't fancy having to drive from the centre of Abu Dhabi to the nursery on my own when I'm not used to the roads! So far we are really struggling to find anything at all off island. Another issue we're having is that we arrive at the end of October, close to the Grand Prix weekend, so everywhere seems to be booked up until the Grand Prix is over! Any advice welcome :-) Thanks look at the hotesl on yas island staybridge suites or arabia apartments in mbz. look also at ibis and novotel hotels just in between the bridges area.
