Good Morning Ladies

I am looking for any advice you can give me regarding N Tower on the Corniche.
DH's departure draws ever closer (three weeks and counting) and we have been looking for possible apartments over the net. We love the look of N Tower as it ticks all the boxes re gym, pool, etc.

I just thought it might be a good idea to see if any of you lovely ladies have any views/background information about the apartments as poor old DH only has a very short time to find somewhere.

Any comments would be much much appreciated.

Thank you all x x

Do you mean Nation Towers? We just moved in and it's great so far. Usual challenges of a new building, parking not assigned yet, no pool yet, couple of issues with power, lifts etc. But the apartment is really nice compared to others I've seen in AD and the location on the Corniche is fantastic.

the loft apartments are lovely and we were looking at moving there, but very restrictive regarding taking reservations and wouldn't take deposits any further than 6 weeks in advance ( that doesn't give much time f you have to give 4 weeks notice of present building) Only other concern was pool and gym (can't see yet) but pool and surrounding area is VERY small and has to be shared with hotel guests (yes most will use beach club) but were concerned that this could be revoked at anytime and you had to have ID at all times so guests aren't allowed Otherwise, lovely and plenty of electric sockets yay!

Thank you all x x by all the talk i have heard its meant to be nice inside, the location is good too, except they have taken up a park and public beach to build on it.... but the issue was that it was major delayed and i think its only now allowing contracts to be signed. it would be a good one to go for if you can work it all out. would be quite expensive though as its right on the corniche. the only draw back you will have is when its national day, you will be marooned inside the building...!
