u can and cant... its not that easy... you will have to go to each building, see if there is a building maintenance company etc, see if its owned by a bank that leases it out, for eg there is mpm adcp first gulf bank green emirates etc... or you have to do what every one else does is use an estate agent and pay commission, even if you lease with mpm etc they will charge commission, some compounds are kidmah and commission, some are first gulf and commission, etc etc.... its pretty much a closed shop here so you would be lucky to get away with finding something direct from owner without commission etc. a lot of the buildings are owned by banks etc so they lease them out themselves but still charg eyou.

I was hoping it would be that easy. :biggrin: I assumed the worst would be that I go into a building and ask who the building manager was and contact that person to ask about leasing. How do i go about finding out which bank has financed the project. I am a bit confused. I thought that the project owner would get the loan to build and then tenants deal with the building manager/owner. How do I go about finding out which bank holds the lease. Do we lease direct from the bank or owner. :confused:
