Hello ladies!!. I need help, So I got this job in a hospital that may begin in December, I have a boy Who will turn 22 months by then. We're planing a full time daycare at a nursery, but my problem here is in weekends because my days off are not fixed and sometimes I have to work on saturdays when there is no daycare... So my only option is a part time nanny.. How can I get trusted and experienced nanny.. I feel sooo uncomfortable thinking about it! ? and what are my guarantees that this person is not bad or anything.. Sorry for the long post but I feel very stressed.. Any ideas or previous experiences??

Any ideas or previous experiences?? you will have to sponsor a maid no other way. qualified nannies are very expensive. and you can only sponsor with permission a maid, a driver etc.. it will be down to ministry etc. there are rules about hiring same nationalities etc, ie you couldnt employ a family member/same nationality i think.
