I currently live in Dubai but may need to move to AD for work... I currently live in Jumeriah and would like to live in a similar area in AD - close to the beach, close to a Ladies only club, close to shops and restaurants... is there a place in AD like this - and if so, what's the average rent for say a 2 bed apartment / town house.
