Realistic Housing Allowance

Hello ladies - We are in the process of negotiating our relocation package and the housing allowance they offered I think is on the low end. We have never been there and don't know about utility rates etc. but what is a reasonable allowance for a 4 bedroom home near the GEMS Cambridge International School ( assuming there will still be spaces by the time we work all this out!) Thanks for any advice.
