Seeking advice on where to buy an apartment? Muneera or al reef downtown?

Hi all, I need an advice as I am getting crazy trying to decide where to buy : al muneera or reef downtown?!? Does anyone owns an apartment in those places that can share how is the life and how much are the community fees over there? Does anyone have a 3 bed for sale in raha beach or downtown al reef? Thanks in advance edited by Paty on 23/04/2013 me personally i wouldnt buy,but if i was then it would probably be at raha beach but raha beach will be more expensive. you cannot compare like with like though. raha is on a man made beach, has shops, has airplanes flying overhead. reef has 1 pool between them all i believe at the moment, obviously they will all have eventually, they have 1 shop i believe between them all etc, its right near the runway so when the extensions/wind changes it can be loud, with regard to being a compound they are both expressing difficults only allow certain contractors, parking etc etc.
