The Organics Food and Cafe in Dubai sells a really nice selection of cloth nappies, waterproof covers, and other organic accessories. It is a little shop at the entrance of the grocery store but inside the store they also sells other natural stuff (not clothes but toiletries) for mum and baby. Good luck.
