I need some help in figuring out what to do about windows. My villa has super huge windows, Living Room, Dining Room and three bedrooms all have huge patio doors, probably 10' wide as well as a bunch of smaller windows near the corners of the rooms. Also need to cover kitchen, windows in doors, landing on stairs, etc.

I need ideas on what to do with them, Should I put sheers and drapes on them or do some of them with Roman shades. My really big question is if there are places here where I can buy ready made or do I need to get them made and if I do, how do I proceed, who have you used and would recommend. Either way I need someone that can install hardware and hang the curtains, a one stop shop. I want it to look nice but not be expensive and of course quality work. I would like to get a quote before choosing. Any and all ideas are welcome. I don't know the area and am at a loss. I should say we will be located in Baniyas...

there are many curtain places all over auh.... i have always gone to khalidya curtains close to all prints in town though... but in baniyas there will be places, but they will only speak arabic as baniyas is not expat really. whatever anyone else says each window will cost this and that wont work for you, as it will depend on the size of window and more importantly the quality of the fabric and then they will charge for stiching etc... if you go to any curtain shop you can drive them to the villa to measure up and they will come and fix for you as quite often they can be floor to ceiling and so you need a big long ladder etc. black out are good.
