How to pay Water and Electricity Bill in Abu Dhabi

For customers of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) It is very easy to pay your utility bills here in Abu Dhabi. You can either use your Emirates ID card to register to use the e-Service, and payment can be made directly there.

The other options to pay are:

Payment through ADDC branches (payments can be made by cash, credit card or cheque in the name of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company at any of the local branches)

Payment  through one of the following banks:

National Bank of Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank
Mashreq Bank
Standard Chartered Bank
Arab Bank
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank
First Gulf Bank
CitiBank
Dubai Islamic Bank
Commercial Bank of Dubai
National Bank of RAK
Union National Bank
ABN Amro Bank
HSBC Bank

Payment through postal mail: send your payment by registered mail, addressed to: Income Section Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, P.O. Box 8226, Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates
