Dr. Feroza Dawood is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Feroza is a distinguished British Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 20 years of experience in her field and is our Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Prior to coming to the UAE, Dr Feroza was a consultant at Liverpool Women's Hospital, the leading and largest dedicated women's hospital in the UK.
Pursuant to attaining her primary medical degree, she embarked on specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology during which she gained a Diploma in Family Planning (DFFP) and obtained both the Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the CCT in Obs/Gyn. She also completed a specialist skills module in Maternal Medicine.
In 2019, she attained a Master's degree (with distinction) in International Healthcare Leadership and Management from the prestigious world-renowned, Alliance Manchester Business School, UK.
Dr Feroza has been working in the private sector in Abu Dhabi since 2016. She espouses a patient-focused, compassionate approach, underpinned by evidence-based medicine, and prides herself in delivering the highest quality of care to her patients.
