The Abu Dhabi Choral Group Presents Their Spring Musical: "Anything Goes"

The production tells the story of Billy Crocker, a young man on his way up in the Wall Street World, boards the Ocean Greyhound “America” set to sail from New York to England when he coincidentally runs into Hope Harcourt, a past love interest of his. Billy tries to win back Hope’s affection, but unfortunately, her fiancé, the English Sir Evelyn, and her mother, Mrs. Harcourt, interferes too much to allow the two a few moments alone. Luckily, Billy has the help of his friend Reno Sweeney, the evangelist turned lounge singer and the infamous gangster Moonface Martin in trying to distract Evelyn and Mrs. Harcourt. Comedy ensues and love eventually prevails. The audience will especially enjoy the classic songs “You’re the Top,” “D'lovely,” and “I Get a Kick Out of You” along with many other show-stopping numbers.
