Paging all gamers! Middle East Games Con (MEGC), the region's largest games festival, announced that YouTube star Azzyland will be appearing this year from 24 - 26 October. The pop culture personality is known for her stunningly detailed cosplay and popular gaming videos, attracting a combined online following of more than 11.7 million and over 3.4 billion views on YouTube.
Lending her cosplay expertise, Azzyland is one of the guest judges for the Cosplay Competition at MEGC. Along with the Game Theorists, you can find her speaking on the Entertainment Stage, and fans can look forward to meeting them at Lenovo Legion's Meet the Stars area.

Azzyland has been a gamer her whole life, saying her love for gaming started on the NES. She was initially addicted to Legend of Zelda before combining her passion for gaming with art, which led to her interest in cosplay. Her first cosplay featured Vegeta from the famous Japanese animated series Dragon Ball Z.

US $5,000 prize money up for grabs
Along with games, MEGC will be delivering an opportunity for cosplayers in the region to showcase their skills. For the 3rd edition of the GCC's vibrant gaming event, a Cosplay Competition will be running for a staggering prize pool of US $5,000.
The competition is backed by Platonia, a dedicated gaming platform that unites gamers by focusing and promoting e-sports leagues, giving gamers the opportunity to play solo, with friends or as a team to win cash rewards.
