Currently I'm holding visa 22 my company has started the procedure to change from 22 to visa 18. They told my husband to get NOC from farwaniya immigration to transfer my iqama. Before that my HR told me that I should stay in Kuwait for minimum 2 years to change from visa 22 to visa 18.someone please help me to know whether it requires 2 yrs or one year is enough to transfer my visa.
