Hi Julieanne, I have been in contact with Anna Coupaud, She had just arrived back in AD last week. Apparently needs 5 students minimum to start a class up. Her rates are on the above link. To me, it seems kinda expensive, especially if you look at the other language courses on offer here... But I haven't looked into the supply-demand for Italian lessons.
My husband is Italian and I want him to teach or son/daughter Italian, I was hoping to find lessons somewhat cheaper then Cicer are offering., so I may just study from books, online and by using him to practice with (he's not great at initiating conversation in Italian! )
In any case, I did get chatting to a very nice lady at the weekly coffee morning on Wednesday (not sure whether you go to these ever. .?) and she is fluent in Italian- like a native speaker...maybe she knows of a teacher? If you are interested, I will try to ask her if she is there next week?
Hi everyone
I would love to speak Italian - anyone know where I can learn in Abu Dhabi?
or are there any Italian speakers willing to teach conversational Italian ?
any help/ suggestions welcome?
cheers julieanne
Hi Julieanne,
Did you find anyone in the end to teach you Italian in AD?
Thanks
