There's a frame shop in Al Jahli, across from a private hospital (sorry, the name escapes me at the moment, think it's Specialised Medical Care Hospital or something along those lines). Driving from Etisilat/Oasis Hospital towards downtown, go through one set of (pedestrian) lights and turn left at the next (main) set (Sheikh Zayed Palace will be on your right at the lights). Take your first right, and Emadi Glass will be on your left.
