HELP!! Maid Visa Question - URGENT
Please can you help me.
My husband has recently moved jobs and therefore we have all had to get new visas, the problem is we have hired a new maid who is on a tourist visa her visa expires on 2nd July.
My visa should be ready on Sunday so we can start the paper work for our maid. However, my husbands pro has said that we can not start processing our maids visa while she is still in the country. She has to leave then we start the employment process get the pink piece of paper then fax that to her and leave it at the airport for her to collect.
I however, have been told that we can start processing and we give her the pink paper - she fly's out then when she fly's back presents the pink paper?????
HELP - who is correct, can we get the pink paper when she is still in UAE or can we only do this when she is out of the country??
