Thanks bb2 for the info. Silly that locals still do advertise to rent it out (Bahia). I think I will just drive up there one day to have a good run with the dogs. (probably illegal as well.....) Our new villa in Mohamed bin Zayed City is almost filled with our belongings and let us see what will happen there! you will see when you have lived here a while, a lot of things are not what they seem. yes people do go to bahia beach with the dogs, but be careful locals dont like them.

Bahia looks lovely, close to sea etcetera but a bit far out. We found a villa in MBZ city and will be moving in end of June...oops that is soon! yes but al bahia is a local housing area, and ITS ILLEGAL to rent as an expat there, of course people do but if caught you usually loose all your money!

Thanks in advance! you do realise that al bahia is a local housing area, and so its not allowable to be rented out to expats, such as al fahal, al shahama, al rahba, baniyas, shawamekh, samha etc etc.
