We moved in in Sept, so it was Sept to Nov... then it cooled down and was fine... and started up again in the March and we moved out in July. Chances are your apartment will be fine - but it's just something to keep an eye out for :)
Well you actually got me worried cuz I will be moving in July 1st which is one of the worst months of Summer :( Was it annoying that the windows didn't open?? It's like I am not really convinced , but I am very new here and couldn't find an empty villa or apartment with my budget! Do u know anything about their contracts, if u want to leave early or so?

We lived there for a year. My advice is to keep an eye on the humidity levels in the apartment - our bed sheets and clothes started feeling damp to touch - we bought a monitor and it was regularly about 80% - the maintenance guys couldn't work it out and it was one of the reasons we ended up moving out. Overall though we loved the location and the facilities.
When was this exactly?? Was it all around the year or just in August , I mean in the really humid weather ?? Thank you for your help!

Thank you very much. I feel relieved knowing it's a good building cuz I took the decision really quickly and didn't really have enough time to ask about it. Thanks!
Ya I thought it is a bit dark too. I like more sunlight but didn't't find any other opportunity for now. . There seems to be a big demand and an accommodation crisis this year. Lots of expats came in 2013... Thank u for the info. I hope it will be a good year there without any negative experience. Do u know of anything which is considered as a negative point??
Not really. Apart from the occasional things breaking down, but that's solved quickly by the maintenance team.
I loved the laundry service inside the building.
Oh, had only a negative experience with the cleaners. They ate our food, as we found out later. So we had to bring in a cleaner from outside. But that's years ago, could be they improved their service.
Good luck!

Hi!
The swimming pool and facilities are nice, it's close to City Centre Mall.
The apartments are comfortable, although I found them a bit on the dark side due to the tinted windows.
But overall, a good building.
Good morning, after feeling helpless in finding a compound villa in Duhail or Gharafa which is empty and for rent with the maximum budget of 14000, I finally rented an apartment in Beverly Hills tower. Can anybody tell me what you know about it. Thank you very much !
