I have just started working out, at home.. I am currently doing Insanity and it is killing me.. i haven't exercised since 2008-2009. then i got pregnant in 2012 and now after i was done with breast feeding i thought it is time to start exercising.. i have about 20 Kgs to lose and it is really tough.. i have been treating my body real bad. I'm also following a clean diet, it hasn't been hard, i actually feel good. the problem is the working out.. my whole body aches but i am determined to reach my goal. I would rather sit in my living room and have the cry face on because of how i feel with my body. I will push through it anyway. You can't reach your goals sitting on your couch. No !!! Get yourself together and work it out.. release the toxins you have been feeding your body. It's now or never. your goals don't care that you've been up since 6 AM. They don't care that you worked 10 hours today. They don't care that you would rather sit on your couch and watch your favorite series with a bowl of pop corn.. it is time to start taking care of your body.. it deserves this.. NO EXCUSES..

No offence intended to anyone.. i just really need to stay motivated and keep going.. Today is Day 3 of Insanity Week 1 and i am aching all over but i am determined..

Keep it up Singarosa! I know your body aches afterward but I hope that you feel AMAZING too for pushing yourself and sticking to a challenging fitness plan! Be very proud!!
