Hello I am a newbie and moving to the UAE - Looking for input from folk who are familiar with Seashore and Mangrove Area?

Working near Capital Mall area and I am pinning down locations that are nice, near the water, but not a huge effort to commute too. We are thinking of Seashore Villa's and Mangrove Village areas, however I am utilizing google maps so have no real input and insight in these areas.

Any input, tips, advice, insight would be helpful on Seashore Villa's and Mangrove Village areas?

Thank you to everyone who contributes to these boards as your contributions and questions are a huge help for newbies like myself.
