Hello ladies,
I hope that you will be able to help/advise us on the potential of purchasing a villa in these areas.
Having lived in Dubai for 8 years now, myself and my hubby are thinking of buying a villa, what with a vacating notice being issued on our present property and the on-going stress of where are we going to live next year, not to mention the increasing rents, we are thinking of investing so as to put down some roots here.
We would be very grateful if any of you have had any similar experience or any information good or bad about these areas?
