Hi Ladies...
I am a new member to expat woman.
I would like to move to Reem Island and planning to buy apartment there.But the price for 2 bed room is high and the rooms are really small like 1000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms.I went through real estate and they show me Hydra avenue around 1.3M with square 1373Sqft 2 beed room and its really huge as compared to others..and reasonable price.. But other buildings with this sqft its more than 2M. I wonder why the price is less and i need help ..is that good idea to own a apartment. It's not an investment idea, we need to move in.
i need to know the review of Hydra avenue and why trhe price is less. Is anyone living in Hydra? how their service?
any how ladies i need advice
