Looking for dental implant expert and extractions in Abu Dhabi

I have to go through extractions for both key molar teeth soon and I am interested in doing a dental implants in Abu Dhabi. I fear impact to the jaw line and I am looking out for all kinds of fixes with the extraction that would not affect my jaw line and ensure jaw line being intact. So the best option is the dental implantation i believe. I would like to hear some personal experiences and some facts about this procedure because I have never gone through this before. I believe that you could help me make a general picture of the process of the implantation here in AD and the cost. So, let's begin: 1. The process of implantation, how much does it cost? 2. How long does the process last and will I be able to work and function normally during it? 3. Do extraction and implantation guarantee that jaw line is intact? 4.
