Hi does anyone have any problems in this compound? We are moving to Abu Dhabi from Dubai in the summer and really like this compound with location etc....there are a lot of villas available there so it has made me think twice about it...?

be aware that salam street is no longer called salam street, its changed its name to sheikh zayed street when the new tunnels were open.

We live in Al Dhabi and like it. Our rent has been 250k. There is a push on at the moment with new families coming to view, so i think its more affordable than it has been previously.

Hi Macicdubai! I have friends who live in this compound and they are very happy there. The villas are lovely & spacious and the location is very good, just on the main island and easy to get anywhere. I think the only problem might be the compound is quite empty, so if you have kids, there might not be too many other kids for them to hang out with. Think the rents are high too, which puts many people off. I would have loved to live there, but our budget wasn't that generous. Very convenient for Brighton College.
