If you know of anyone wanting to rent a 4 bed apartment in Al Muneera please get in touch. I understand many expats are looking to rent in this area but most dont want to pay the agents fees. Thank you.
Loads of the Aldar teachers may be moving to Al Zeina and Al Muneera apts which are just across the highway from Etihad Plaza. My kids go to yas and we have been very happy there, I drive in from Al Reef to drop them off and it takes about 12mins to the school.
thanks for the info.
i don't get the accommodation as i'm sponsored by my husband.
we would ideally have a villa near the school but if not wemight just live by the corniche.
are your children attending Al Yasmina? what do they like most/least about it?
merci!

lots of villas near to yasmina, kca kcb al reef, raha gardens, moh bin zayed, apartments raha beach al reef
mine dont go to yasmina, but i know a lot of the teachers and the kids, its a good school, but its run by aldar who have opened up a few schools over the last few years, but its a company although its meant to be not for profit...! although they just got rid of their principal! (same goes for brighton college again run by a company) and the same for BISAD run by Nord a company etc. i wouldnt bother finding accommodation on the corniche too far away, best to get something 5 mins away, in kca the traffic is maniac coming off main road into kca is a nitemare best to be in kca then not too bad.
For accom try kca, al raha gardens and beach area, al reef, sas, golf gardens - all depends on budget. Corniche will mean a 40 min commute ( you could almost live in Dubai for that)

i have applied to Al Yasmina as a teacher. could any parents let me know what they think of the school? are your children happy? at the moment i am working in Dubai and i love coming to school as the children are so relaxed and happy!
we are also looking for an accomodation, any good places to recommend?
thank you

the sch should give you accommodation, someone told me just recently that they have taken a building over at raha beach, but information second hand. school is very nice, no a lot of teachers and parents and kids there. its run by aldar but they are having a shake up in their staffing as the principal was just let go very suddenly.
