Hi - There has been a few people reading ths post even if no one was able to help. Just posting here in case anyone in the future may need to know (though I hope not) that I hae found a lawyer in Dubai who is experienced in Australian Family Law. Her name is Emma Williams and she works for Expatriate Law. Have an appointment later today so fingers crossed.
