the 4s has only just come out here, but they will be cheaper in the states. there are only two providers here etislat and du, if you look on their website you will see what the costs of plans are, but its not like the us or uk etc, etislat usually has the better coverage.

Quick questions about cell phones...my husband has an iphone, but not the iphone 4 S, which he'd like to get when we move to AD. Should he buy it here, in the States, and make sure it's unlocked, or can he just buy it there when he arrives? Also, what is the typical cost of a cell phone plan for a family of 4?
