Have you tired the Blue Lotus Tree - it is on facebook has lots of yoga classes. Also for Piltates in Sajoor is Fit Pilates very nice . I joined fitness first for the price that includes classes I love it. I tried a gym near where I live downtown in the Emirates commercial building but everything was separate classes, gym use, steam room (my favorite part of any workout). So by the time I added all that up it was much cheaper to pay the price for fitness first.

Hi Fitzi, I have moved to Al Ain a while ago and I found it challenging to find an appropriate class/ gym, hence I tried out literally everything that is out there. I have signed up for Fitness First in Hili Mall and they offer all classes included. I can highly recommend it. Furthermore I had tried Bodylines at Rotana hotel, but I didn't like the classes very much. The Al Ain Ladies Club is about to open so that's also a great option as it includes gym, classes and indoor swimming pool. (Unfortunately. I would have much more preferred an out door one. :-) ) Let me know if you need any other suggestions. I have tried to explore the city as much as possible in the last 6 months.

Hi Fitzy! My friend is also in Al Ain she says that the fitness options are limited. I use Cobone for my fitness deals, good companies and reasonably priced. I always look at how many people bought the deal and check reviews if the company has any.. I think you will find a lot of deals for fitness in Abu Dhabi if you are willing to go there.
