I'm looking for a good place to get my eyebrows done in Abu Dhabi and need to find someone good as one of my eyebrows has "issues" :)

Any suggestions?

- Rebecca

@ reddirtgrrrl - How did you like the service you got at Nails from Indira? I go to Nails Muhairy frequently for Mani / Pedi - so that place would be convenient. Did you like the results?

Just yesterday I had my brows threaded at Nails at Muhairy Centre. Indira is there 10 AM to 6:30PM everyday except Friday. They charged AED 35. I also find that threading lasts longer than waxing and it is not as painful.

I have never done threading - how does that compare to waxing? Is it better? I always breakout with pimples around my eyebrows for a few days after waxing - would be nice to avoid it. Thoughts anyone?

Hi All - thanks for responding! I will try one of the places you've suggested. @ Mummyfish - Yes -I do have wonky brows - have a few hairs that grow straight out instead of laying flat like they should. I live in the tourist club area - do you have a favorite place? I would prefer not to drive out too far, but anywhere on island is fine. Cheers, Rebeca Hi Rebeca That must be quite irritating. I have been to Nails at The Souk next to Traders etc and had excellent threading and waxing for my over-active hair. They have a branch on 7th at The Muhairy Centre - 02 633 7750.It's Khalidiyah end. I use Sharani's Spa, which is a bit pricier but convenient to where I live off-island and I've kind of got to know them so I am comfortable. Which is helpful as I am the most hirsuite woman you could ever meet...:)

And how much do you pay ladies? I got threading last time, in Intercon, paid 40. How much is waxing? Thanks.
