Just spoke with my MIL who is a specialist with a Govt Hospital in Ajman. She said, it's best to do the Abu dhabi HAAD exam as it's valid anywhere in the 7 emirates and you can easily transfer to any emirate is you get another offer. Depending on your expertise (Physician or MD) the interview could last between 1/2 hr to an hour. They generally do not go in-depth but it all depends on the interviewer. Hope this helps and all the best.
