I'm also new to Abu Dhabi and I went to a Hair Dresser at a Salon called "Shampoo" there are diff. locations The cost for a "Hair Cut" is 120DH. + 80Dh. extra for "Blow Dry" but it's up to you whether you want to add & have your hair blow dried :) You have to make sure to set up an appt. for your haircut because sometimes the Hairdresser is at a different branch.
