For my 10th wedding anniversay, my husband got me Louis Vuitton gift which I wanted to return thinking that they follow the same return policy as in US. Anyway, they refused and after several complaints and escallations...they still refused..
I have a credit note of 8,550 aed and want to sell it, any one interested?

Did anyone there ever succeeded in returning a Louis Vuitton product? What does it take to get my money back!?

Well surprisingly, there is no note and nowhere the policy to be seen...it is probably hidden in the drawer! I am looking for someone currently interested in a lv purchase so as to use the voucher and hand me my cash back:) am i day dreaming? The frustratingthing is that at the shop, they would not careless about urcomplaints and satisfaction level! Disappointing experience for me!

Yes, same thing happened to me. DH bought me a bag for our anniversary and I wanted to exchange it for a different one. They issued a credit voucher for the remaining 3000dhs and told me I had 3 months to use it. I don't think there is any way around it - sorry. How much are you looking to sell the voucher for?

I seem to recall reading a thread on this forum about someone else having hassle in the LV shop but not sure if it was the Abu Dhabi or Dubai shop. I am sure there is a notice on their desk saying they do not give cash refunds unless goods faulty. I think a lot of shops seem to be like that here. Sorry can't help on purchasing the credit note as I have just recently treated myself to a gorgeous Chloe bag that cost an arm and a leg and don't think my DH would take too kindly to me purchasing another bag so soon.
