Maid Cancellation but she staying here and working with new employer do i still need to provide air ticket money?

We have cancelled our maids visa - she has found a new employer and will be starting with them (i have found a replacement)
Do I need to provide the money equivalent of air ticket home to her, even though she will not be leaving the country? She has been with us for 2 years and we paid her the money equivalent last year as she did not want to go home.
Also being British - do we have to pay for flight every year or 2 years? I know there is some discrepancy here.
Any comments would be gratefully received :)
