Hi there,

Our landlord has asked us to take out a maintenance contract for the interior of our home.. i have tried looking on line for places that offer this service but so far havent been able to find anyone able to do the job... that or they have no idea what i mean.

Does anyone have suggestions of who i can use? and how these maintenance contracts work?

Thanks so much in advance.
Tracy

There are many - M-Plus, Hitches & Glitches, Tool-Time, Jim Will Fix It. They all offer annual contracts for maintenance. However it is usually the LL who pays for this and it is not obligatory for the tenant to take it.

Tracy odd jobs may do things. there are quite a few but the landlord will get a better deal if local etc.
