Postpartum support groups in AD?

Hi all, DD#2 will be joining us in May, just shy of ODD's 2nd birthday. Will be delivering in Dubai but live in AD. Does anyone know of groups for newborns/ moms dealing with postpartum emotions? Not looking for a playgroup but something a bit more medical. Not looking for a psychiatrist either, but when ODD was born back home the 'baby blues' hit me pretty hard. There was a birth group I attended through my hospital, just new moms sharing challenges, with a parent expert from the hospital. Anyone know of something similar down here? Many thanks!
Also, I would be interested to know if moms who had bad baby blues once had it with subsequent kids? Just getting a bit worried. Thanks!
