Help please on the process, we have a mortgage on the villa, it's a nakheel development, we are hearing different things on who has our title deeds?

Anyone has any experience in this?

Unlikely that bank would hand over property to you without title deeds - unless you bought around 2004 ish -i.e before title deed process was brought in?
