remember both water parks are doing special offers for uae residents, just take a copy of your visa, or id cards etc to show at the counter. you will find that most hotels are "open" as usual, but just behind curtains etc. some takeaways are still open, i think that the mcds at spinneys must be open, as there was a long queue at the drive through the other day. unless changed as an expat who wasnt fasting you could go to the likes of kfc like a little before sunset and they would serve you as long as you took it away etc.

Help! We've been back from our summer break for 1 week and the kids (7-12) are going stir crazy! Where is open in the afternoons ? Where are there eateries open too please? I know you can eat and drink at Atlantis (or you could last year) - does anyone know about wild wadi? Thanks
