Our LL says that the rental on our 4 bed+M apartment has gone up to AED190K. We are currently paying AED150K. I know by law he can only increase by 5% unless we agree to AED190K. He is right in terms of the current increase and we don't know what to do in terms of agreeing to meet half way or something. What are your views? Shall we agree or meet him half way?
