Can anyone please advise if they have had their kids vaccinations at any of the SEHA family clinics.my 2 month old needs her compulsory ones in afew weeks and I just wanted to know people's experience of the service and standard. Also any recommendations for medicine for a baby after if she has a temperature following the injections. Many thanks.

I think they're fine...I went to the Al Rowdah one with LO for something else (Doc I saw was nice) and they assumed I'd come for vaccinations so I suspect that they do loads of them. I got some 'Omol' brand paracetamol drops in case of fever but never needed to use them. I'm going back to do LO's 6 mo vaccs there since the German Centre appears to be 'under reconstruction' at the mo (!) - sorry to go OT but does anyone happen to know if Dr Jadwiga is working somewhere else now or will be back there eventually? We liked her! ETA - also just found out Dr Stiles is not working at Al Noor anymore! edited by Beany on 03/04/2013

Hi, we have used the SEHA clinic at Between the Bridges (near Shangri La Souq Q A Beri) for our little ones vaccinations. The nurses there were professional and the doctors fine. It is fine to give calpol or baby nurofen. Here they prescibe Adol, which is fine too. All the best
