We are looking for a villa pref on island 3 to 4 bed - budget 150,000dhms - doesn't matter if an older one as long as its in good conditon and well maintained with parking

It is next to that compound called Ab***, dont remember the exact name, there is a Fatima supermarket inside. I dont think there is a garden, I didn't like the villa that much but you may. Why dont you give a call to the agent on the link I added?

I saw one near Khalifa park for 150K. It does not have patio or balcony though. http://tnydu.biz/Dfq7yn That sounds good imolinar where abouts exactly as we live very close to Khalifa park and I haven't seen it.
