Hi Ladies

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where my 13 year old son could do some voluntary work as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award for school. He needs to provide a service for an hour a week for 3 months but we keep hitting a brick wall . Would appreciate any advice of anywhere that maybe able to accommodate him.

There is a Facebook page called volunteers UAE - that would be a good place to start - they are involved in a huge number of different projects Others could include: Red crescent Riding for the Disabled Adopt a Camp (labour camps) The various animal rescue groups

He could try Rashid Paediatric as I think it was them looking for volunteers to help with Riding for the Disabled at stables the other day on here. Otherwise what about just doing some reading/music with a young classroom at a school/special needs school.
