What docs needed to renew AD visa?

Hi there, just popping in from the Dubai forum, my visa is AD as DH's head office is there - I've also posted on the Dubai forum too, what docs to I need to do this, DH going tomorrow to do it and his co PRO does not give any assistance!
I have the medical results, old visa in my passport - what else does he need to take to AD tomorrow?
